Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Nexio Digital Solutions (company registration number 15358222), trading as Trade Website Pro, is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, except where stated otherwise (see Section 6).

2. What Data We Collect

At the free preview stage, when you submit our form: your name, business name, mobile number, email address, service area, and — if provided — a logo file, Facebook page link, and existing website URL.

At the paid stage, if you proceed: additional business information including your services list, any professional certifications (e.g. Gas Safe registration number), whether you have an existing Google Business Profile, and any testimonials you choose to share.

If you contact us directly, any information you provide in that communication.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• build and send you your free website preview;
• communicate with you about your preview and, if you proceed, your website;
• process payment and manage your ongoing service; and
• where you have consented, follow up with you about your preview if you have not yet responded.

4. Our Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the following bases: consent (for the free preview and any marketing follow-up, which you can withdraw at any time); performance of a contract (once you become a paying client); and legitimate interests (for essential service communications, such as payment or renewal reminders).

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We share data with the third-party platforms we rely on to deliver our service, including our website/CRM platform and our payment provider. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Where you separately engage paid advertising services (see Terms, Section 10), relevant contact details may be shared with our advertising partner for that specific purpose, with your knowledge.

6. If You Are One of Our Clients' Customers

If you have submitted an enquiry through a website we have built for one of our clients (a trade business), that business is the data controller for your enquiry, and we act as a data processor on their behalf — meaning we host and transmit your data but do not decide how it is used beyond that. Any questions about how your enquiry is used should be directed to the trade business you contacted.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

If you request a free preview but do not proceed, we retain your data for 12 months to allow us to follow up, after which it is deleted unless you have re-engaged with us. If you become a client, we retain your data for the duration of our Agreement and for a reasonable period afterwards as required for accounting and legal purposes.

8. Data Security

Your data is stored on our third-party platform providers' infrastructure, which apply industry-standard security measures. Access to your data within our business is limited to those who need it to deliver our service to you.

9. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; restrict or object to certain processing; and request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@nexiodigitalsolutions.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe your data has been mishandled.

10. Cookies

This page may use standard analytics and advertising measurement scripts (such as Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) to understand how visitors arrive and use the page. These tools may set cookies on your device. Where applicable, a cookie consent mechanism is provided on the page itself. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
